What are some polygons in nature. particularly circles, squares, kites, and rhombi, or any other ones?
i know bee hives have hexagons.

Ice crystals and other crystalline structures.
Buckyballs (C60)
Celestial stuff like planets.
Basaltic columns.
Our eyes.
Rainbows.
And like the other says, I too can't think of anything square other than a specific kind of crystal.

They are everywhere;
on animal stripes, shape of and prints on rocks, shape of crystals, orbit of planets, shape of galaxies, and so on….
